How does it work?

The identity wallet enables employees to obtain, store and present their personal and professional information. This wallet can contain reusable credentials, such as identity, diplomas, proof of address, employment history or even potentially a criminal record.

During the hiring process or when updating data, employees can share this information with their employer via the wallet, controlling precisely what is shared and with whom. This ensures fast, reliable and regulatory-compliant verification, while protecting the confidentiality of personal data.

01

Ask for the presentation of their identities and certificates

Automatically and digitally ask the candidate to present their identity and the documents required for their KYE.

02

The candidate accepts the presentation of the requested certificates

The list of requested documents is displayed on his wallet. It is up to him whether or not to accept the presentation of the certificates.

03

Automatic integration into your business software

Thanks to automatic workflows, the necessary information from the certificates is integrated into your business software.

04

It's already over!

Your onboarding and KYE processes are simplified, and you benefit from trusted information from authentic sources.

What is KYE (Know Your Employee)?

KYE, or Know Your Employee, is a process that enables companies to verify and validate the identity information, qualifications and background of their employees. This includes verification of diplomas, work experience, and other essential data to ensure that the employee meets job requirements. KYE is crucial to strengthening security, legal compliance and integrity within the company.

How is the identity wallet used in KYE procedures?

In KYE procedures, the identity wallet enables employees to share their verified information with their employer quickly and securely. Employers can verify identity, qualifications and employment history without resorting to lengthy and complex manual processes.

How is the information in the identity wallet verified?

Attestations in the wallet are issued by trusted sources. They cannot be altered or falsified, which guarantees the authenticity of the information. For example, if a Credential diploma is available, it has been issued directly by the school, university or state.

Who has access to the information in the identity wallet?

Only the wallet holder has full control over the information it contains - this is the SSI principle. Data is not shared with any employer, but only when explicitly authorized by the user.
